Robert Martin

Executive Chairman
Robert Martin is a successful businessman and accomplished company director with over 25 years’ experience across mining, mining services, manufacturing and capital markets. He brings deep insight into corporate strategy, capital operations and organisational efficiency.Robert previously owned and operated a global mining services business and managed a family office in Western Australia focused on supporting emerging private and public companies.He previously served as Non-Executive Chairman of Infini Resources (ASX:I88), Pioneer Lithium (ASX:PLN), Equinox Resources (ASX:EQN), Battery Age Minerals (ASX:BM8), and as a Non-Executive Director of PARKD Limited (ASX:PKD).

Zekai (Zac) Komur

Executive Director & Chair of Project Delivery & Technical Committee
Zac Komur has over 25 years’ global experience across mining, battery materials, LNG and large-scale energy projects.His leadership includes key roles at Fortescue, Northvolt, INPEX and BHP - covering project delivery, commissioning, mine development and strategic operations. At Northvolt, he successfully led the commissioning of Europe’s first battery cathode gigafactory. At INPEX, he directed commissioning for the US$37B Ichthys LNG facility, and at BHP he held senior leadership roles in mining and remote operations.Zac brings deep expertise in start-up execution, mineral processing, stakeholder engagement and value chain optimisation - making him a key asset as Lindian progresses Kangankunde.

Teck Lim

Non-Executive Director & Chair of Audit & Risk Committee
Teck Lim is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years accounting and finance experience, specialising in the mining and metals sector. He has deep Corporate Finance and Project Finance experience with juniors and mega project & ECA financings in Australia/ globally. Lead financing roles undertaken for Glencore, Talison, FMG, Roy Hill, Gold Road/Gold Fields, Rio Tinto and PE/resources fund (AMCI, EMR, RCF, ACE, Wyloo). Mr Lim was the former CFO leading the Yangibana Rare Earths Project Joint Venture between Hastings and Wyloo/Tattarang. Mr Lim held senior roles at KPMG, ING Bank, HSBC Bank and Deloitte within their mining resource industry sectors. Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Park (Zuliang) Wei

Non-Executive Director
Park (Zuliang) Wei is a Chinese-born Australian entrepreneur with extensive investment experience across mining, property and finance.He is the founder of Top Pacific Group, a diversified property group, and Chairman of PAN Australia Fund Management Pty Ltd. He has supported numerous public-market transactions, including the acquisition of Australian dairy company ANMA by Jatcorp (ASX:JAT).Park holds a Bachelor of Arts from Nanjing University and brings cross-border commercial insight to Lindian’s strategy.

Anastasia Gotjamanos

General Counsel & Company Secretary
Anastasia Gotjamanos is a senior commercial and strategic lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience across the mining, resources, infrastructure and construction sectors in Australia and internationally. Ms Gotjamanos has held senior legal and executive leadership roles with major mining and contracting groups including Westgold Resources and Byrnecut Group, where she led legal, governance, compliance and commercial functions across multinational operations. She has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, mining and infrastructure agreements, project development, regulatory compliance, governance, disputes and risk management, and has advised Boards and executive teams on complex, high-value transactions and operations across Australia and Africa. Ms Gotjamanos has also held senior legal roles with Crown Resorts and Austal, and previously practised at top-tier law firms including Freehills, Baker & McKenzie and MinterEllison.Ms Gotjamanos holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.

Hannah Murphy

Vice President Corporate Development & IR
Hannah Murphy is the Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Lindian, where she leads investor communications, capital markets engagement and corporate development initiatives across the Company’s operations.In this role, Hannah is responsible for overseeing key corporate development workstreams across Malawi and Kazakhstan, working closely with in-country teams to align technical, commercial and strategic priorities, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with investors and stakeholders.Her career spans investor relations, corporate development and wealth management roles across Australia, Ireland and the UK. She has also worked across a number of mine sites throughout Western Australia, providing hands-on operational exposure and a practical understanding of the mining industry.Prior to joining Lindian, Hannah held investor relations roles at APA Group in Sydney and Glanbia PLC in Ireland, and spent several years in wealth management across Ireland and the UK, gaining broad experience in capital markets, stakeholder engagement and communications.

Rajesh Agrawal

General Manager (Finance)
Rajesh Agrawal is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience across the mining, metals, and renewable energy sectors. A Chartered Accountant with a diploma in Corporate Governance, he brings deep financial expertise combined with strong commercial acumen and strategic insight. Over the course of his career, he has built a proven track record working with large, complex, and globally diversified organisations, including Rio Tinto Ltd, the Aditya Birla Group, and Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd.Rajesh’s experience across companies spans various stages of the mining life cycle — from exploration and project evaluation through development, construction, and full-scale operations. His exposure to multinational environments has equipped him with a strong understanding of governance standards.Throughout his career, Rajesh has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, risk management, and compliance. He has played a key role in strengthening finance functions, improving processes, and supporting business transformation initiatives.Currently based in Perth, Rajesh serves as General Manager (Finance), where he is responsible for the company’s accounting and finance functions.

Gloria Zhang

Senior Advisor - Asia Sales & Marketing
Gloria Zhang brings 30+ years of experience in international business and trade. She has played an instrumental role in offtake negotiations, joint ventures and strategic partnership management across the resources, energy sectors, with a particular focus on critical minerals trading and cross-border commercial engagement. In this role, Gloria will leverage her extensive professional expertise and industry network to support Lindian’s long-term growth and strategic development. Gloria is the founder of Resource Connect Asia and The Australian Association of International Business, and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of TG Metals (ASX: TG6). She is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Geoffrey Taylor

HSE Manager
Geoff Taylor is a Health, Safety & Environment professional with over 15 years' experience leading HSE strategy, implementation and execution across major mining operations and construction projects in Australia and Africa. He has previously held HSE leadership roles at BHP, Rio Tinto (Brockman Syncline 1 Major Project via Worley) and Fortescue. During this time, he has led both large scale site-based projects and mining operations HSE teams in addition to Corporate HSE teams supporting the business in multiple international jurisdictions. Geoff brings experience in applying international best practice and strategic implementation of HSE to developing mining nations. As HSE Manager, Geoff will lead and have oversight for the business strategically across Health, Safety, Environment, Emergency and Training work streams.  

Dana O'Meara

HR, People & Culture Manager
Dana O’Meara is an accomplished HR and People & Culture leader with over 15 years of senior human resources management experience across the manufacturing, mining, and resources sectors. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings a commercially grounded, strategic approach to workforce leadership, governance, and organisational development. Dana’s career includes senior leadership roles across complex and highly regulated environments, including national manufacturers Acu‑Tech and Fero Group. She has led Customer Service functions at Dyno Nobel and overseen Corporate Services at NSL Consolidated within the mining industry. Dana has also delivered multiple strategic and operational projects for Curtin University, strengthening her expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management. As HR, People & Culture Manager at Lindian Resources, Dana leads the organisation’s people strategy, partnering with the Executive Team and leaders to align capability, culture, and performance with business objectives. She oversees human resources, employee relations, talent development, and organisational culture, ensuring best‑practice governance while fostering an engaged and inclusive workforce.

Dinmukhammed (Dimash) Matzhanov

Country Manager - Kazakhstan
Dimash Matzhanov is General Manager for the Lindian-RA JV in Kazakhstan, where he oversees the Company’s downstream activities and the integration of the Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate (MREC) processing facility in Stepnogorsk. In this role, he is responsible for managing Lindian’s operations in Kazakhstan and supporting the delivery of the Company’s downstream strategy to convert Kangankunde rare earth concentrate into value-added MREC.Dimash brings a strong combination of commercial, regulatory and government engagement experience across Central Asia. He began his career with KPMG, progressing to manager and leading transfer pricing advisory work for multinational clients, before joining the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he contributed to the development of transfer pricing methodology aligned with OECD standards.He later held a senior role with Kazphosphate LLP, supporting M&A transactions and implementing internal compliance frameworks. With deep regional knowledge and strong relationships across industry and government, Dimash plays an important leadership role in establishing Lindian’s downstream rare earth processing capability in Kazakhstan.

Martin Kaluluma-Phiri

Country Manager - Malawi
Martin Kaluluma-Phiri serves as Lindian Resources’ In-Country Manager in Malawi, bringing extensive public sector leadership experience and deep knowledge of the nation’s mining regulatory framework. Prior to joining Lindian, Martin held the role of Principal Secretary (Regulation) at Malawi’s Ministry of Mining, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening institutional capability and regulatory oversight within the sector. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to the establishment of the Malawi Mining Regulatory Authority, supporting the development of a more structured and transparent operating environment for mining investment. At Lindian, Martin provides strategic in-country leadership across government engagement, regulatory coordination, stakeholder relations and operational support. His experience, relationships and understanding of the local landscape are instrumental in advancing the Kangankunde Rare Earths Project in alignment with Malawi’s broader development objectives.

Kalekeni Kaphale

Senior Counsel - Malawi
Dr Kalekeni Kaphale, SC, serves as Senior Counsel to Lindian Resources in Malawi and is one of Malawi’s most respected legal practitioners. A former Attorney General of the Republic of Malawi, Dr Kaphale brings decades of high-level legal experience across public law, constitutional matters, regulatory frameworks and complex commercial advisory work. He previously lectured in law at the University of Malawi and now practices privately, advising on significant legal and policy matters. Dr Kaphale recently obtained a PhD in Law from Nottingham Law School in the United Kingdom. At Lindian, Dr Kaphale provides strategic legal counsel in Malawi, supporting the Company’s operations, regulatory engagement and governance framework as it advances the Kangankunde Rare Earths Project.

Daniel Britz

Construction Manager - Malawi
Daniel Britz is General Manager for Lindian Resources’ Kangankunde Rare Earths Project in Malawi, bringing nearly twenty years of construction and project management experience across the mining and oil and gas sectors. He has held senior roles across Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East, including positions with ADP, Sierra Rutile, Anglo American and AAE Engineering Group. Daniel has led large, multi-disciplinary capital programs spanning processing plants, civil works, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation packages across both greenfield and brownfield developments. He has managed substantial workforces and complex project environments, consistently delivering strong safety outcomes, cost efficiencies and disciplined schedule execution. At Kangankunde, Daniel is responsible for leading all construction activities and ensuring the safe, efficient and timely delivery of Stage 1 as Lindian advances toward first production.

Samuel Boachie

Mining Manager - Malawi
Samuel Boachie is an accomplished Mining Engineer with more than 24 years of international experience across seven countries and nine mining companies. Holding a Master of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology in Ghana, alongside leadership qualifications from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, Samuel has built a strong reputation for operational excellence, mine planning, and workforce development across commodities including gold, copper, cobalt, zinc, iron ore, titanium dioxide, and rare earths. Currently serving as Mining Manager for Lindian Resources’ Kangankunde project in Malawi, he leads open-pit mining operations and the development of high-performing local teams. Throughout his career with companies including Hummingbird Resources, Eurasian Resources Group, Centamin, Endeavour Mining, Newmont, and AngloGold Ashanti, Samuel has delivered innovative operational improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and sustainable mining strategies while remaining passionate about mentoring and developing future industry leaders.
